Strong Group Of Sophomores For Men's Basketball To Be Recognized Before Saturday’s Home Basketball Games
College of the Siskiyous’ sophomore basketball players will be celebrated before they play their final regularly-scheduled home games of the 2022-23 season Saturday, Feb. 11, against Shasta College. Both the men’s and women’s Eagle teams are having outstanding seasons thanks in large part to the five sophomores on each of their rosters.
The men’s team sophomores to be honored on the court before their game starts at 1 p.m. are Will Dobson, Cade Ealy, Braeden Watts, Zane Lueth, Jacob Condez.
Eagle Men’s Team
Will Dobson from Redding, CA #32
He is a social science major with a 3.06 overall gpa. Hasn’t decided about next year but wants to continue his academic and hoops career at a four-year school. 3-year guy in our program who works hard every day and has been a big part of our success on and off the court this season.
Cade Ealy from Portland, OR #21
He is a Business Administration major with a 3.75 overall gpa. Hasn’t decided about next year but wants to continue his academic and hoops career at a four-year school. 3-year guy in our program who was all conference as a freshman and having another solid season this year. Big reason for our success on and off the court this season.
Braeden Watts from Talent, OR #3
He is a Kinesiology major with a 3.48 overall gpa. Undecided on next year but hopes to continue academic and hoops career at a four-year school. Is a tough young man who battles every day and started almost every game for us in his two years here and a big reason for our success on and off the court this season.
Zane Lueth from Loxton, South Australia #1
He is a Kinesiology major with a 3.92 overall gpa. Undecided on next year but hopes to continue his academic and hoops career at a four-year school. Zane is a 3rd year guy in our program who has started every game for 2 years and never missed a game while here. He was All-Defensive team as a freshman in our conference. Having a solid season again this year and a big reason for our success on and off the court this season.
Jacob Condez is from Vacaville, CA #11
He is a Kinesiology major with a 2.88 overall gpa. He is undecided on next year but hopes to continue his academic and hoops career at a four-year school. Has been a solid contributor for us these past two seasons, competes every day and a big reason for our success on and off the court this season.
